Helpful Homemade Underarm Odor Solution

Body odors are natural but they should remain mild. They are most prevalent in folded and concealed areas, with underarms being the most vulnerable because of the possibility of sweating. Unless it is a health condition, you need to find an underarm odor solution that works for you. This does not mean expensive procedures. There are excellent natural solutions that you can embrace to remain fresh scented all day.

One of the best remedies is to identify where the smell is coming from. If you have no health condition to deal with, identifying the source of the smell is a fairly easy task. Consider your diet and how regularly you shower. Change of cloth will also give you a pleasant smell and also fresh. Medication is not preferred unless it is necessary.

Baking soda is a perfect remedy that can be used to absorb moisture from your underarms. The idea is that with reduced sweating or with we underarms, the smell will not be generated. It is also a natural deodorant that offers added benefits of eliminating bacteria. You just need to mix a tea spoon with lemon juice and apply on the smelly area. You then wash the area as if you are taking your regular shower.

Imbalance in pH is also a source of body stench. Apple cinder vinegar is a perfect antibacterial agent that keeps foul smell off your skin by balancing the pH of your body. It is prepared by soaking a cotton ball in cinder vinegar and rubbing it on your underarms. You should wait for two to three minutes then take a shower.

Lemon has acidic and antioxidant properties that effectively regulate skin and body pH. This helps to eliminate buildup of stench causing bacteria that thrives under your arms. It is applied directly after cutting it into two. It should be left on the skin for about five minutes after application to enable the active ingredients to soak deeper into the skin. If your skin is tender or sensitive, you should dilute the lemon in water.

Rosemary has an attractive scent that also offers a deodorant effect. Rosemary has active compounds that limit the growth of bacteria and neutralizes body odor. Rosemary is also rich in zinc with is good for the body and skin. It will clear the awful smell from the skin and also prevent deficiency that is responsible for a pleasantly smelling skin.

Reduce your stress levels. There are glands in the body that produce a milky substance made of lipids and water. This substance is food to the stench causing bacteria and will therefore escalate your problem. Relax using such techniques as yoga and meditation to keep your body calm. You may also exercise and leave places that leave you with tension. This will be good for the overall health of your body.

Remedies for odors are diverse depending on your capability and condition. Consult a medical specialist if these options fail to work for you. However, remember that medical solutions lead to dependency. By using natural remedies, you will be safe from long term harmful side effects.
